Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and support activities of daily living
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and feeding as needed
Measure and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
Keep accurate, timely documentation of care and observations
Collaborate with nurses and multidisciplinary staff to deliver person-centered care
Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to infection control practices

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Active authorization to work in Pennsylvania and ability to work in Eastern Time zone facilities
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-focused attitude

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Current CNA certification (required)

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing assistant duties and resident care
Ability to take and document vital signs accurately
Familiarity with charting and handoff communication
Comfortable assisting with mobility and safe transfer techniques
Teamwork, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills
