Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients and residents
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Support safe transfer and positioning of patients following facility protocols
Communicate clearly with nurses, therapists, patients, and families to ensure coordinated care
Observe and report changes in condition, promoting patient safety and comfort

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Active authorization to work in Pennsylvania as required by facility
Successful completion of background check and required health screenings
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Strong communication skills and a caring bedside manner
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting with mobility

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred; required: CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable assisting with ADLs and patient hygiene
Skilled in taking and documenting vital signs
Knowledge of infection control and safe patient handling
Solid documentation and charting skills
Team player with good communication and time management
Ability to follow care plans and report changes promptly
