Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care including assistance with activities of daily living
Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team promptly
Assist with safe transfers and proper use of mobility equipment
Maintain clean, safe and comfortable patient environments
Document care accurately and communicate clearly during handoffs
Support the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active CNA certification (or equivalent) — must be eligible to work in Pennsylvania
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfortable with hands-on patient care and lifting or assisting with mobility
Successful completion of background check and health screening as required
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred; completion of an accredited CNA program required

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamental patient care techniques and safe body mechanics
Basic vital signs measurement and observation skills
Infection prevention and hygiene best practices
Clear verbal and written communication with patients and staff
Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
