Shift Type: Variable 8-hour shifts; exact start/end times and specific days to be confirmed with the facility (8-hour shift length indicated)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support
- Monitor, record, and report vital signs and changes in resident condition
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
- Communicate clearly and cooperatively with nurses, therapists, residents, and families
- Support documentation and charting so the care team has accurate, up-to-date information
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification in good standing (required)
- Valid CNA registration/license for Pennsylvania or eligible to obtain one
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Up-to-date immunizations and TB screening as required by facility
- Successful background check and ability to pass facility onboarding requirements
- Compassionate attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work as part of a team
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Current CNA certification (required)
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid knowledge of resident care and basic medical terminology
- Familiarity with infection control practices and safe patient handling
- Ability to accurately take and record vital signs and basic observations
- Good interpersonal skills for working with residents and families
- Basic documentation skills; willingness to learn facility charting systems
