Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility in a respectful manner
- Monitor resident condition and promptly report changes to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and observations
- Support safe transfer and positioning techniques to reduce fall risk
- Collaborate with the care team to promote resident comfort and dignity
- Participate in routine infection control and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid CNA certification (or state-equivalent) — Pennsylvania certification preferred or eligible
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to pass facility background checks and health screenings
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Completion of an accredited/state-approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on patient care and ADL assistance
- Basic vital signs and documentation practices
- Infection control standards and safe caregiving techniques
- Time management and organization on an 8-hour shift
- Effective communication with residents, families, and clinical staff
