Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on personal care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly to nursing staff
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
Collaborate with the care team to deliver person-centered care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Comfortable working 8-hour shift assignments
Strong communication skills and a caring bedside manner
Ability to follow care plans and document observations accurately
Willingness to complete facility orientation and any required trainings
CPR/BLS certification preferred

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamental patient care and infection control practices
Basic vital signs monitoring and documentation
Familiarity with electronic or paper charting systems
Teamwork and the ability to follow clinical direction
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced setting
Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
