Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients with dignity and respect
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
Follow care plans and document care accurately and timely
Support a team-focused environment by communicating clearly and collaborating with colleagues
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control protocols

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Valid state certification/license appropriate for Pennsylvania
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings/immunizations
Basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred
Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-centered approach

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and ADL assistance
Basic clinical observations and vital signs monitoring
Accurate documentation and charting practices
Infection control and safety procedures
Teamwork, time management, and effective communication
