Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 8-hour shifts; specific start/end times and days to be confirmed (schedule to be provided by facility)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care with respect and dignity
Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and record vital signs accurately and report any changes to the nurse
Maintain clean, safe patient environments and follow infection-control practices
Document care and patient observations clearly and promptly
Collaborate with the care team to support individualized care plans

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (must be state-certified as required)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification preferred or obtained upon hire
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings/immunizations
Strong communication and teamwork skills; compassionate bedside manner
Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completed state-approved CNA training program and current certification

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in basic patient care and activities of daily living
Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
Comfortable taking vital signs and documenting findings
Good time management and ability to prioritize patient needs
Team-oriented mindset and ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
