Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Monitor and record patient vital signs and condition changes accurately
Assist nursing team with patient mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
Document care and observations in the patient record promptly and clearly
Support residents' dignity and independence while following care plans and policies

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania
Demonstrated ability to provide safe, compassionate patient care
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
Reliable attendance and a team-oriented attitude

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
State-approved CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in assisting with ADLs and patient hygiene
Proficient in taking and documenting vital signs
Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents and team members
Basic charting and documentation skills
Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
