Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients—helping with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
Measure and record vital signs and report any changes in patient condition promptly
Assist nursing staff with treatments and follow care plans accurately
Maintain clear, timely documentation of patient care and observations
Support a clean, safe environment by following infection control and safety procedures
Collaborate with the care team to ensure patients receive coordinated, respectful care

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
CPR/BLS certification preferred or able to obtain upon hire
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings (TB, immunizations)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable transportation to the Glen Mills facility

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and basic clinical skills
Comfortable assisting with ADLs and safe patient transfers
Familiarity with infection control practices and patient safety protocols
Basic documentation skills; able to accurately record vitals and care provided
Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
