Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living
Take and record vital signs accurately and promptly
Assist nursing staff with treatments and document observations clearly
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team to support care plans
Support patient mobility and comfort while promoting dignity and respect

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) preferred or willing to obtain
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude
Reliable attendance and ability to work flexible shifts as needed

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on experience with patient bathing, feeding, and toileting
Competent in taking vital signs and reporting changes
Familiarity with infection control and safe patient handling
Accurate documentation and charting skills
Teamwork, time management, and strong observational ability
