Candidate Pay Rate: $27 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team promptly
Support patient mobility, transferring, and positioning with safety-first practices
Maintain accurate, timely documentation to ensure continuity of care
Follow infection control standards and facility policies to protect patients and staff
Communicate clearly and kindly with patients, families, and care team members

Qualifications

Current, active CNA certification (or ability to obtain Georgia CNA certification prior to start)
Demonstrated patient care skills and a caring attitude
Comfortable working 12+ hour shift patterns and collaborating with a clinical team
Proof of required immunizations and background checks per facility policy
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an accredited CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and ADL assistance
Accurate vital sign measurement and documentation
Familiarity with infection control and HIPAA best practices
Effective verbal and written communication
Teamwork, dependability, and strong observational skills
