Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
• Assist with safe patient transfers, ambulation, bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Monitor and record patient vitals and report changes to the nursing team
• Support care plans by accurately documenting interventions and observations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful patient environment
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Georgia
• Completion of an accredited CNA training program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
• Comfortable working 12.5-hour clinical shifts and adapting to per diem schedules
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Previous CNA experience preferred but new CNAs who are eager to learn are encouraged to apply

Education

• High school diploma or GED and graduation from an accredited CNA program

• Patient care and ADL assistance best practices
• Safe transfer and positioning techniques
• Infection prevention and control procedures
• Basic vital signs assessment and documentation
• Clear communication with patients, families, and clinical staff
• Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced setting
