Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients, supporting activities of daily living
Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility and toileting needs
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team promptly
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communicate observations clearly
Support infection control and patient safety procedures at all times
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver excellent patient care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Valid certification recognized by the state of Georgia (preferred)
Up-to-date immunizations and TB screening as required by facility
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Compassionate bedside manner and strong communication skills
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus

Education

High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Completion of an accredited CNA program and current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamental nursing assistant skills and patient care techniques
Basic vital signs assessment and documentation
Understanding of infection control and patient safety standards
Teamwork and effective communication with clinical staff
Attention to detail and reliable time management
