Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and support daily living activities
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and toileting needs
Take and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition promptly
Maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment for patients
Support nursing staff with documentation and care plan execution
Communicate effectively with patients, families and the healthcare team

Qualifications

Current CNA certification or state-approved nursing assistant credential (or eligible)
Ability to be available to begin on or around April 22, 2026
Basic clinical skills and comfort assisting with patient hygiene and mobility
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to complete facility-required onboarding, background check and immunizations

Education

Completion of an approved CNA training program or equivalent
High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals and safe transfer techniques
Basic vital signs measurement and documentation
Infection control practices and clinical hygiene
Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to follow care plans and communicate changes to nursing staff
