Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients, assisting with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
Assist with safe patient transfers, hygiene, feeding, and mobility support
Maintain accurate documentation of care and patient observations
Collaborate closely with nurses and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
Uphold infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff

Qualifications

Active CNA certification (required)
Comfortable working 12.5-hour shift blocks
Ability to follow facility policies and complete required onboarding
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Foundational patient care skills (ADLs, feeding, hygiene assistance)
Basic vital sign measurement and observation reporting
Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
Team collaboration and effective communication with clinical staff
Understanding of infection control and patient safety practices
