Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients, assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
Perform vital signs, basic clinical tasks, and documentation accurately and on time
Support safe patient transfers and mobility with proper technique and equipment
Collaborate with nurses and support staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for patients and visitors

Qualifications

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Active/state CNA credential (Georgia certification preferred)
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Comfortable with 12.5-hour shift patterns and reliable attendance
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first attitude

Education

High school diploma or GED required
Completion of an accredited CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

Foundational clinical skills: vital signs, patient hygiene, mobility assistance
Basic charting and documentation practices
Infection control, hand hygiene, and patient safety protocols
Ability to work as part of a fast-paced care team
Good observational skills and attention to detail
