Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients, helping them feel safe and respected
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Perform routine patient checks and report changes in condition to the nursing team
Accurately document care, observations, and interventions in patient records
Collaborate with nurses and other staff to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Support mobility and transfer assistance, following facility safety protocols
Participate in team huddles and training to continuously improve patient care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Ability to work 8-hour shifts as scheduled by the facility
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work well with patients and the care team
Reliable, professional, and committed to patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamentals of patient care and comfort measures
Basic infection control and safety practices
Accurate charting and documentation
Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical staff
Time management and teamwork in a fast-paced care setting
