Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming) with dignity and compassion
Provide safe, respectful mobility assistance and transfers
Monitor residents’ condition and promptly report changes to nursing staff
Document care and observations accurately and timely
Support a clean, comfortable environment for residents and help with basic housekeeping related to care
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care

Qualifications

Active CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) — required
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfortable performing personal care tasks and basic clinical observations
Ability to work an 8-hour shift as scheduled; start date available 2026-04-24 (confirm scheduling with recruiter)
Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach to resident care

Education

High school diploma or equivalent (typical for CNA roles)
Completion of an accredited CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with residents and team members
Basic clinical observation skills (vital signs, reporting changes)
Knowledge of infection control and safe patient handling
Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
Team-oriented mindset and a focus on resident dignity
