Shift Type: 8-hour shift, schedule to be determined (start/end times and days TBD) - shift type to be confirmed

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care including assistance with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs and communicate changes to the nursing team promptly
Support safe patient transfers, mobility, and bathing with respect and dignity
Document care accurately in patient charts and follow care plans consistently
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver seamless, patient-centered care
Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to infection control protocols

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate patient care and strong communication skills
Ability to work an 8-hour shift and adapt to unit staffing needs
Clear background check and required immunizations per facility policy

Education

High school diploma or equivalent and successful completion of an accredited CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care procedures and infection control practices
Skill in taking and recording vital signs accurately
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Good documentation practices and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and respond calmly in fast-paced situations
