Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and toileting
Take and record vital signs accurately and promptly
Support safe transfers and mobility assistance for residents
Communicate observations and changes in condition to nursing staff
Maintain a clean, respectful, and safe environment for all residents
Build trusting relationships with residents and their families through respectful care

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania (or eligible to obtain one)
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Demonstrated ability to provide patient-centered, compassionate care
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
Strong communication and teamwork skills in a clinical setting

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of an accredited CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with basic patient care and hygiene practices
Ability to take and document vital signs accurately
Knowledge of infection control and safe patient handling
Clear, empathetic communication with patients, families, and care teams
Dependability, attention to detail, and good time management
