Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care including bathing, dressing and feeding
Assist with mobility and safe transfers to keep patients comfortable and secure
Monitor and record vital signs and patient status, reporting changes promptly
Support nursing staff with daily tasks to ensure smooth, coordinated care
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification (required)
Comfortable working 8-hour shifts; start date available 2026-04-26
Reliable, patient-focused and able to communicate clearly with team and residents
Willingness to complete facility onboarding and compliance paperwork
Slots available: 3 positions

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and ADL assistance
Vital sign measurement and documentation
Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and adherence to facility policies
