Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct care to residents and assist with activities of daily living
Measure and record vital signs accurately and timely
Support safe mobility and transfers while following proper body mechanics
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team clearly
Document care delivered in accordance with facility policies and standards

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
Authorization to work in Pennsylvania and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with residents and the care team
Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced care environment

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Patient-centered care and basic nursing assistance
Understanding of infection control and safety practices
Ability to take and accurately record vital signs
Safe transfer and mobility assistance techniques
Basic charting and documentation skills
Teamwork, time management, and compassionate bedside manner
