Candidate Pay Rate: $27 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care in an acute care setting
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and document vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
Support the interdisciplinary team by communicating patient needs and observations
Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control protocols
Help prepare patients for procedures and assist with safe transfers

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
CPR/BLS certification (preferred or required per facility policy)
Comfort with 12.5-hour acute care shifts and the physical demands of patient care
Ability to follow care plans, document accurately, and communicate effectively
Previous acute care or hospital experience preferred

Education

High school diploma or GED
Completion of an approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong fundamental nursing assistant skills and patient-centered care
Familiarity with vital sign measurement and documentation
Basic knowledge of infection prevention and safety procedures
Good communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced clinical setting
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize patient needs
