Contract Type: Travel Contract

Candidate Pay Rate: $80 - $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in surgical procedures in a fast-paced CVOR environment
Prepare and maintain sterile field, instruments, and supplies
Anticipate needs of surgeons and ensure smooth workflow during operations
Collaborate with surgical team to deliver exceptional patient care
Adhere to strict safety and infection control protocols

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification is mandatory
Must have CVOR experience
Minimum of two completed travel assignments
Current BLS certification

Knowledge & Skills

Expert knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to adapt to different hospital protocols and teams
