Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for orthodontic procedures and ensure their comfort
- Assist the orthodontist during exams, bonding, and adjustments
- Sterilize and organize instruments and treatment rooms
- Take and mount dental X-rays as needed
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate patient records and update treatment notes
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Orthodontic Certification
- Ability to obtain or already have Maryland Dental Assistant licensure if required
- Commitment to providing excellent patient care
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in orthodontic chairside assisting techniques
- Knowledge of sterilization protocols and infection control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
