Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, every other weekend required
Hours per Week: 37
Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
- Support residents' mobility and comfort with transfers and positioning
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Active LNA license in Vermont or New Hampshire (or compact state)
- Current BLS certification from American Heart Association
- Completion of an approved nursing assistant training program
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and patience when working with elderly or ill patients
- Attention to detail in documentation and care delivery
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
