Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy interventions according to the plan of care to help patients regain functional independence
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner to ensure seamless care
• Assist with patient and family education to support recovery and understanding
• Communicate patient status and progress to the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols to maintain a safe environment

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active COTA license in Washington (or ability to obtain before start)
• Strong teamwork and patient care skills

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
