Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM NOC (overnight)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care and support to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and document vital signs and patient condition accurately
Communicate changes in patient status promptly to the nursing team
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
Help promote patient dignity, comfort, and independence during each shift

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required
Comfortable working overnight hours (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
Strong verbal communication and basic documentation skills

Education

Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamentals of patient care and ADL assistance
Taking and recording vital signs accurately
Infection control and standard precautions
Safe patient handling and mobility assistance
Basic charting and handoff communication
