Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with compassion and attention to individual needs
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, feeding, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs, height, weight, and intake/output accurately
• Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients and team members
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Perform bedside glucose testing and equipment setup as trained
• Document care provided thoroughly in the electronic medical record

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient acute care experience
• Comfort with electronic medical records (PointClick preferred)
