Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care, feeding, and mobility support to residents
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure resident goals and preferences are met
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and positioning using proper equipment
• Deliver restorative and range-of-motion exercises as assigned
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs with empathy
• Support residents during mealtimes, including feeding assistance and intake documentation
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents
• Document care accurately in electronic medical records
• Participate in emergency procedures and infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry
• Active BLS certification at time of submission
• 2+ years of experience as a CNA
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and support residents safely
• Computer literacy, including electronic medical records
• Must be willing to float to all units including long term care, rehab, dementia care, and vents unit
