Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
• Monitor and interpret vital signs, lab results, and hemodynamic parameters
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, including titration of vasoactive drips
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Respond to emergencies and rapidly changing patient conditions with confidence and skill
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of critical care nursing principles and practices
• Proficiency in using ventilators, IV pumps, cardiac monitors, and other ICU equipment
• Understanding of infection control protocols and patient safety standards
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Compassionate approach to patient and family education and support
