Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings for arrhythmias
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately

Qualifications

• Current California RN license in good standing
• BLS certification from American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med Surg experience
• Telemetry monitoring skills preferred
• ACLS certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in telemetry interpretation
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency with electronic health records
