Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and efficient emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
• Triage patients based on acuity and prioritize care accordingly
• Administer medications, start IVs, and perform emergency interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, and other healthcare team members
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately
• Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up care

Qualifications

• Current and valid California RN license
• At least 1 year of recent ER nursing experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• PALS certification highly desirable
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent assessment and prioritization abilities
• Proficient in emergency procedures and protocols
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
