Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during orthodontic procedures, including braces and Invisalign treatments
• Prepare patients for examinations and treatments, ensuring comfort and care
• Sterilize and organize dental instruments and equipment
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling

Qualifications

• Active Dental Assistant certification or license in Virginia
• Experience with orthodontic procedures preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in orthodontics, braces, and Invisalign
• Knowledge of dental terminology and instruments
• Proficient in taking X-rays and impressions
• Familiarity with dental software and patient management
