Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Take and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff promptly
• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain before start)
• Ability to pass a background check and meet facility requirements
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable - you genuinely care about people
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or hospital settings preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of basic patient care principles
• Strong communication skills to connect with patients, families, and teammates
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team
• Attention to detail for accurate charting and observations
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and assist with patient mobility activities
