Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Take and record vital signs, and report changes to the nursing team
• Support patient mobility and repositioning to ensure comfort and safety
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming patient environment
• Document care provided accurately and communicate patient needs
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to patients and families

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana
• BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Previous experience in acute care, rehab, or hospital setting is a plus
• A genuine passion for helping others and working as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to observe and report changes in patient condition
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Teamwork and a positive, can-do attitude
