Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Take and record vital signs, and report any changes to the nursing team
• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning to keep patients safe and comfortable
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
• Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain
• Previous CNA experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Ability to work per diem shifts, including weekends and evenings
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of patient care procedures and safety protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation
• Physical ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients
