Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to keep patients safe and comfortable
• Support residents with meals, feeding, and hydration needs
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure patient dignity and privacy
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Valid BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous CNA or caregiving experience is a plus
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
• Commitment to providing dignified, compassionate care

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Basic knowledge of patient care and safety protocols
• Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and document accurately
