Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Take and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Help residents with meals and monitor food intake as needed
• Keep patient rooms and common areas clean and orderly
• Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to work a per diem schedule with a flexible mindset
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
• Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to resident well-being

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with residents and families
• Knowledge of basic resident care principles and safety protocols
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
• Physical stamina to lift, bend, and assist residents
