Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and document vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure resident safety and comfort
• Support residents with meals and hydration, respecting dietary needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• CPR certification (preferred or required per facility)
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
• Must bring a state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times
• Compassionate, reliable, and positive attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of basic patient care principles
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Attention to detail and keen observation skills
• Time management and prioritization abilities
