Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes in condition to the nursing team
• Support residents with meals and feeding, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Document care provided accurately and promptly
• Collaborate with nurses and other team members to deliver the highest quality care

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
• A caring heart and a commitment to treating residents with dignity
• Ability to work the assigned night shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Reliable transportation to Pennsburg Manor

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of resident care techniques and safety protocols
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills
