Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Assist residents during meals and monitor food and fluid intake
• Observe and promptly report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and respectful environment for residents

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
• Genuine passion for caring for elderly and vulnerable individuals
• Ability to work effectively as part of a care team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as required

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care principles and infection control
• Ability to follow care plans and facility policies
• Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR) or willing to learn
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
