Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and support their daily activities
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
• Support patients' emotional well-being with kindness and respect

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move patients safely
• Compassionate, reliable, and a team player
• Must pass background check and health screening

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care procedures and infection control protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation
• Ability to respond to patient needs promptly and calmly
• Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality
• Teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment
