Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Support residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort at all times
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers preferred)
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred
• Ability to work the specified shift and adapt to changing scheduling needs
• Must bring a state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing care and resident rights
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail in documentation and vital sign monitoring
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative care team
• Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude
