Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate behavioral health therapy to patients in acute care
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop meaningful treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery
• Advocate for patients' needs and connect them to vital community resources
• Document care expertly in EPIC to ensure seamless continuity

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) License
• BLS Certification (AHA)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in behavioral health or acute care settings preferred

Education

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical social work expertise
• Proficiency in EPIC charting system
• Excellent crisis intervention and counseling skills
• Empathy and cultural competence in patient interactions
