Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams including abdominal, OB/GYN, small parts, and vascular studies
• Conduct upper and lower extremity DVT studies and carotid ultrasounds
• Float between Grays Harbor Community Hospital and Imaging Center as needed
• Be available for on-call rotation and respond to urgent requests
• Ensure high-quality images and accurate documentation for physician interpretation

Qualifications

• ARDMS certification with Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) credential
• BLS/BCLS certification from AHA or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an ultrasound technologist
• Ability to perform vascular studies including DVT and carotid exams

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in diagnostic medical sonography
• Vascular sonography skills for upper/lower extremity and carotids
• Proficient in abdominal, OB/GYN, and small parts scanning
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to adapt to different settings and patient populations
