Location: Rutland, Vermont

Start Date: 07-08-2026

End Date: 09-01-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, with every other weekend commitment

Hours per Week: 37

Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assistance with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient comfort and safety
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment
Support patients' emotional and social needs through active listening and companionship
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care

Qualifications

Current LNA license in Vermont or New Hampshire (compact state)
Must have own transportation - area has limited public transit
COVID-19 vaccine or approved exemption required
Commitment to every other weekend availability

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer proficiency for documentation
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift as needed
