Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem shifts including 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Shift 2) with 30-minute meal break

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition
Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulations
Assist with daily living activities and promote resident independence

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care and assessment
Medication administration
Vital signs monitoring
Electronic health records (EHR) proficiency
Team collaboration
Time management and adaptability
