Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective speech-language pathology and dysphagia services
• Implement evaluation and treatment plans for communication and swallowing needs
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary rehab team to promote functional independence
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic medical records (PointClick)

Qualifications

• Active unencumbered Oregon Speech-Language Pathology license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or active Clinical Fellowship Year participant
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification
• Ability to travel between multiple care sites

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in speech therapy evaluation and treatment
• Skill in dysphagia management and cognitive-communication therapy
• Proficiency with PointClick EMR
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
